Sound Healing Therapist and ambient musician Simone Salvatici will hold a special Sound Journey and Gong Meditation in occasion Of Spring Equinox at beautiful and resonant Old Church in Stoke Newington.

This special ceremony consists in a guided relaxation and a meditative soundscape created with the sounds of different instruments such as Gongs, Himalayan Bowls, Crystal bowls, Conch, flutes.

These instruments with different vibrations, textures, qualities and harmonics can facilitate, relaxation and altered state of consciousness (ASC) . Many researches show that staying in ASC for prolonged amount of time may encourage a softening of the ego state therefore welcoming a more unified thinking, self awareness, openness, creativity, energetic shifts and on a physical domain lowering blood pressure and certain chemical in the blood such as stress hormone cortisol level.

This special meditation and journeying is a ceremony where the space will have an intention for self reflection and co-creation through sound. This event is limited to 35 people and registration is required.

Everybody is welcomed. You do not need to have any knowledge or experience with meditation or Sound Journeying.

Please come in warm clothes, bring a blanket and a mat if you would like to lie down.
