This is an invitation form my Summer Solstice Sound Meditation, on Sunday evening.

The 20th is effectively the longest day here in UK.

This meditation is about reaching the peak and our full potential.

As you would imagine it would be based around a Sun gong alongside planetary Earth gong.

Sun is the transcendental principle, representing the vital force that drive us to seek the highest expression of our true self.

It has to do with personal power, Will power, self-motivation, decision-making clarity and good vision.
