I am very excited to come back to the beautiful and resonant Old Church in Stoke Newington.

This time I am inviting you to an elemental sound journey.

This special ceremony consists in a guided relaxation and a meditative soundscape created with the sounds of different instruments such as Gongs, Himalayan Bowls, Bells, Conch, flutes, and church organ.

These instruments with their distinctive, textures, qualities and harmonics can facilitate, relaxation and altered state of consciousness (ASC) welcoming a more unified thinking, self awareness, openness, creativity, energetic shifts. This special Sound journeying is a ceremony where the space will have an intention for self reflection and co-creation through sound.

This event is limited to 30 people and registration is required. Everybody is welcomed. You do not need to have any knowledge or experience with meditation. Please come in with comfortable clothes, bring a mat if you would like to lie down. Sitting is also available.
