Simone Salvatici and Benita Glogowska for a powerful, immersive, 1,5 hours double gong bath.

To celebrate the transition and the coming of the new season Simone and Benita will facilitate a Yin Yang sound Immersion where the listener is invited to totally rellax and surrender to an intricate and binaural soundscape.

This special sound meditation and journeying is a ceremony where the space will have an intention for self reflection and co-creation through sound.

This event has limited space and registration is required.

A Sound Immersion is created using gongs and a variety of instruments, with a trajectory of sounds that are designed to induce states of profound physical relaxation, meditation and general wellbeing.

Laying down on mats participants will be saturated and cocooned in the live sounds of high quality Gongs, singing bowls, crystals bowls, a shruti box and rainsticks.

Everybody is welcomed. You do not need to have any knowledge or experience with meditation or Sound Journeying.

Please come in warm clothes, bring a blanket and a mat if you would like to lie down.

Sitting is also available.
